Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with clients or team members to understand project requirements objectives and target audience Develop design concepts and translate them into visual solutions using various design tools and software Create visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums including print digital social media websites mobile apps packaging and other marketing collateral This may include logos brochures banners infographics illustrations icons and user interface elements Ensure consistency in design elements and adherence to established brand guidelines while creating new designs Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identity systems Arrange design elements typography and images in an aesthetically pleasing and balanced manner considering visual hierarchy readability and user experience Enhance and retouch images art arrangement size type size and style and submit them for approval adjust colours and manipulate graphics to achieve desired visual effects Stay updated with the latest design trends techniques and technologies Conduct research on target audiences and competitors to create innovative and engaging designs Work closely with clients team members and other stakeholders to understand project requirements provide design recommendations incorporate feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects Organize and maintain design files assets and documentation using appropriate file management systems and tools Review and proofread designs to ensure accuracy consistency and adherence to project requirements and brand standards Address any issues or errors promptly Continuously upgrade your design skills and knowledge by participating in workshops training programs and industry events Coordinating with outside agencies art services web designers marketing printers and colleagues as necessary Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required Job Location Okhla Phase - I Delhi Working days Mon to Sat 2nd Sat off Timing 10 30 am to 6 30 pm If interested send updated resume on (phone hidden) or email on hr2 radelan in Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Advantages Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
