Job Title Student Counselor sales Location Coimbatore Job Type Full-Time In office Experience Required 0 months - 1 year Position Summary We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Student Counselor sales to support UPSC aspirants throughout their academic journey The ideal candidate will be approachable compassionate and passionate about helping students manage both the academic and emotional demands of competitive exam preparation Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for students regarding queries concerns and academic support Provide accurate guidance on available courses study plans faculty schedules and institutional policies Offer personalized academic and emotional counseling to keep students motivated and goal-oriented Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective and current students to ensure engagement and satisfaction Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to resolve student issues and relay feedback Document counseling sessions student progress and required follow-up actions in a structured manner Assist walk-in candidates and address admission-related queries to streamline the enrollment process Plan and coordinate motivational sessions or periodic check-ins to boost student morale and retention Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in any discipline preferred Psychology Education or related fields Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language Empathetic approachable and able to build positive relationships with students Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel email tools and CRM systems Ability to multitask manage pressure and maintain a student-focused approach Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Coimbatore Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Inside sales 1 year Required Work Location In person
