Job Title Project engineer-PEB Industry Department Construction Project Execution Reports To Project Manager Construction Manager Job Purpose We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced PEB Project Engineer to manage and coordinate Pre-Engineered Building projects from conception through completion The role involves planning technical review execution oversight and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards Key Responsibilities Project Planning Coordination Develop project schedules and resource plans with project managers Coordinate with design procurement and subcontractor teams Monitor progress and adjust plans to mitigate delays Technical Execution Interpret blueprints CAD drawings and BIM models Supervise erection of steel structures roofing metal sheets cladding insulation and concrete elements Ensure compliance with AISC ASCE AWS and local building codes Quality Control Conduct inspections of materials e g steel grades welding and structural integrity Implement testing protocols e g load tests leak checks Client Stakeholder Communication Provide progress updates and address technical queries Manage change orders and client approvals Documentation Maintain records daily logs inspection reports as-built drawings Prepare project closure reports and handover documents Problem-Solving Resolve on-site issues e g alignment errors material defects Propose cost-effective solutions for design or execution challenges Team Management Lead crews and subcontractors Mentor junior engineers and technicians Qualifications Skills Education Bachelor s in Civil Structural Engineering or related field Experience 1 to 4 years in roofing structural erection steel pre-engineered buildings Technical Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD STAAD Pro MS Project knowledge of BIM Revit preferred Certifications OSHA 30 AWS CWI advantageous PMP optional Soft Skills Strong communication leadership and analytical abilities Physical Requirements Ability to work at heights lift 25kg and endure outdoor conditions Work Environment Primarily on construction sites with travel as needed Exposure to noise weather extremes and hazardous materials Additional Requirements Flexibility to work extended hours weekends Adherence to company safety and ethical policies Application Instructions Submit resume For more details Contact Ayisha -96004 04663 trshrrecruiter gmail com Job Types Full time Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
