Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including billing invoicing payments and bank reconciliations Maintain accurate records of project expenses vendor payments and client receipts Prepare project-wise profit loss reports and cash flow statements Monitor budgets and cost control for interior and exterior design projects Manage GST TDS and other statutory compliance and filings Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding payment schedules and reconciliation Maintain records for purchase orders work orders and subcontractor payments Support management with financial reports forecasts and audits Coordinate with internal teams sales design procurement for project-related financial data Ensure timely payroll processing and employee reimbursement management Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Commerce or Finance B Com M Com 2-5 years of accounting experience preferably in interior exterior or construction field Proficiency in accounting software Tally Zoho Books or similar Solid understanding of project accounting and costing methods Knowledge of GST TDS and other financial compliance Good communication and organizational skills Preferred Skills Experience in vendor and subcontractor reconciliation Familiarity with interior and construction material billing Ability to handle multiple projects accounts simultaneously Salary As per industry standards Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
