Job Title Performance Marketing Manager Location Andheri east Department Performance Marketing Manager Reports To COO CEO Type Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a data-driven results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid marketing initiatives This role requires a strong understanding of performance channels including search social display and affiliate analytics and conversion strategies to drive growth lead acquisition and ROI Key Responsibilities Plan execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms Google Ads Meta LinkedIn Programmatic etc Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximize ROAS and CPA efficiency Analyse campaign data A B test creatives landing pages and generate performance reports Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets Monitor competitor campaigns and industry trends to identify growth opportunities Own performance tracking tools Google Analytics Meta Pixel conversion tracking etc Implement and oversee remarketing lookalike audiences and funnel strategies Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals Evaluate recent tools and platforms for potential adoption Lead generation and business opportunities generation from various digital platforms Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field 3-6 years of experience in performance digital marketing Proven track record of managing ROI-positive campaigns across paid media channels Expertise in tools like Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager Google Analytics Data Studio and marketing automation tools Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel Sheets or BI tools Experience with A B testing attribution modelling and conversion rate optimization CRO Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally Experience in B2B SaaS e-commerce depending on your industry Preferred Qualifications Graduate MBA Marketing Google Ads or Meta certification Experience managing agencies or freelancers Familiarity with SEO email marketing or organic growth tactic Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
