Role and Responsibilities of Cut to Pack Incharge 1 Overall Supervision Oversee and monitor the Cut to Pack process for Home Textiles products 2 Cost Control Implement cost-saving measures and optimize expenses 3 Fabric Consumption Management Monitor and control fabric consumption to minimize waste 4 CTPAT Area Management Supervise and maintain the CTPAT Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism compliant area 5 Order Planning Plan and coordinate production orders to meet customer requirements 6 Shipment Planning Schedule and organize shipments to ensure timely delivery 7 On-Time Shipment Delivery Ensure that shipments are delivered on time meeting customer expectations 8 TNA Training Needs Assessment Follow-up Monitor and address training needs for team members 9 Production Meeting Coordination Conduct regular production meetings to review order status plan and prepare for upcoming orders 10 Rework and Wastage Reduction Implement processes to minimize rework and wastage improving overall efficiency Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Perks Leave encashment Paid sick time Experience total work 5 years Required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 25 08 2025
