Job Title Civil Engineer Billing Construction Experience Required Minimum 3 Years Industry Civil Construction Contractor Firm Employment Type Full-time We are looking to hire an experienced Civil Engineer with robust hands-on knowledge of site execution and billing The candidate should be capable of managing construction activities preparing bills and coordinating with site teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery Key Responsibilities Construction Site Execution - Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site - Ensure work is executed as per drawings specifications and quality standards - Coordinate with contractors subcontractors vendors and labour teams - Monitor material usage workmanship and site safety - Prepare daily site reports and progress updates Billing Quantity Surveying - Prepare RA bills final bills and subcontractor bills - Take site measurements and prepare BOQs - Verify quantities as per drawings and actual execution - Maintain billing records measurement books and supporting documents - Coordinate with accounts and management for billing approvals Planning Coordination - Assist in project planning scheduling and tracking progress - Identify delays or issues and suggest corrective actions - Coordinate with architects consultants and clients when required Required Skills Qualifications - Diploma B E B Tech in Civil Engineering - Minimum 3 years of experience in a contractor firm - Strong knowledge of construction execution and billing - Proficient in AutoCAD MS Excel and basic MS Office - Good understanding of BOQs drawings and specifications - Ability to handle site work and office billing work simultaneously - Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Candidate Profile - Experience in residential commercial projects - Practical site-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Honest disciplined and deadline-focused Salary - As per experience and industry standards
