We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Pharmacist to join our healthcare team at Neuro Foundation Hospital The ideal candidate will ensure the safe effective and rational use of medications while providing high-quality clinical support to patients and healthcare professionals Key Responsibilities Review and interpret medication orders for accuracy appropriateness and potential drug interactions Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication therapy management and patient counselling Monitor and evaluate patient responses to drug therapy and recommend necessary adjustments Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare staff to optimize medication care plans Participate in clinical rounds and provide pharmacotherapy recommendations Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines Conduct medication audits and support antimicrobial stewardship activities Educate patients on proper medication use dosage and side effects Assist in developing and implementing pharmacy protocols and clinical guidelines Provide training and guidance to pharmacy interns or junior staff when required Job Types Full time Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
