Job Title Senior HR Executive Location Lower Parel Experience 3-5 Years Industry Logistics Freight forwarding Shipping ETC Job Overview We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter HR Executive who will manage end-to-end recruitment payroll processing and statutory compliance The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sourcing screening onboarding maintaining employee records and ensuring adherence to HR policies and labour laws Key Responsibilities Recruitment Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment process sourcing screening interviewing and shortlisting candidates Manage job postings on various platforms LinkedIn Naukri Indeed etc Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain an active database of candidates Handle onboarding formalities and documentation Payroll Management Assist in preparing monthly payroll for employees Verify attendance leaves overtime and other payroll inputs Ensure accurate salary processing and timely disbursement Manage employee reimbursements incentives and deductions Handle full final settlements Statutory Compliance Maintain compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements Prepare and file PF ESIC PT LWF and other compliance reports Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of statutory returns Coordinate with consultants auditors for compliance-related activities HR Operations Maintain employee records HRMS attendance systems and personnel files Draft HR letters offer appointment confirmation warning relieving Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling Support HR audits and policy implementation Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree or MBA in HR preferred 3-5 years of experience in recruitment payroll compliance Strong knowledge of HR processes and labour laws Proficiency in MS Office HRMS tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 400 000 00 - 550 000 00 per year Advantages Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Do you have experience Recruitment and Payroll Where do you stay Do you have experience in Logistics Freight forwarding or Shipping Industry Work Location In person
