Attesa Coffee is a start-up specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution company The headquarter office is located in Amsterdam Netherlands and a regional office is based in Mumbai India We work directly with producers at the origin to bring our customers specialty coffee roasters high quality coffees safely on-time and consistently with the use of efficient digital frameworks We believe in traceability through the chain and are highly committed to transparency towards all our stakeholders We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who would take the lead on managing various activities related to Attesa Coffee s logistical operations Tasks Coordinate with global suppliers on shipment process post order finalization Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarders custom house agents CHA globally to facilitate freight transport including requesting quotations finalizing shipments and tracking progress Negotiating contracts and rates with freight forwarders warehousing and transport partners Managing shipping schedules and coordinating with carriers freight forwarders Coordinate with Attesa Coffee s European warehouse partners to manage entry and dispatch of inventory Work with European transport partners to facilitate final customer deliveries including requesting quotations finalizing delivery orders and tracking progress Communicating with clients on dispatch transport details and providing regular updates on shipment tracking Assisting European sales team by managing order delivery communication with customers Reviewing and approving logistics related bills invoices as per services provided and contracted rates Requirements 2-3 years experience in shipping logistics with specific experience in international freight management export import processes and documentation Ability to manage communication with suppliers logistics partners CHA s and customers over email and phone Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability preference to work in a dynamic entrepreneurial workplace Strong communication skills in English Benefits Work in an entrepreneurial and ownership driven environment Gain valuable experience on global logistics and supply chains Be integral to the growth of the firm with seniority management as it grows Attesa Coffee Attesa Coffee is a specialty green coffee importer based in Amsterdam We work closely with trusted farmers and producing partners at origin to ensure reliable consistent transparent sourcing We only source high quality coffees with a strong focus on traceability and long-term partnerships We also offer organic certified green beans from various origins Our coffees are tested by certified Q-graders initially at source and finally in Amsterdam Most of our coffees score between 83 - 90 points on the SCAA scale Our coffee is imported to Rotterdam and safely stored at our partner warehouse from where we facilitate swift delivery across the entire EU This highly efficient logistics process ensures that coffee is always delivered to the doorstep on time and allows us to meet the requirements and expectations of our customers - specialty roasters
