Role Overview Responsible for end-to-end planning and flawless execution of weddings covering decor hospitality logistics vendors and client coordination across multiple events and days Key Responsibilities Coordinate with families venues and vendors for all wedding functions Prepare ceremony flow plans event timelines layouts and checklists Manage decor planning artists logistics and guest movement Oversee hospitality operations including RSVP tracking rooming lists airport pickups and guest assistance Ensure smooth execution of all wedding events as per client expectations Handle last-minute changes family requests and on-ground problem-solving Key Skills Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valuable understanding of cultural rituals and wedding decor styles Excellent coordination multitasking and time management Calm under pressure solution-oriented and detail-focused Ability to manage long working hours during wedding events Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Work Location In person
