Job Title Event Production Executive Manager Role Overview Responsible for end-to-end event production planning and execution including fabrication technical setups branding vendor coordination and on-ground delivery while maintaining quality timelines and budgets Key Responsibilities Prepare production BOQs material lists layouts and technical requirements Manage and coordinate vendors for fabrication AV lighting printing decor and staging Conduct site recces and assess feasibility of event setups Supervise on-ground setup and dismantling activities Ensure quality control safety compliance and timely execution Coordinate with client servicing and design teams for execution alignment Manage production budgets costing and vendor rate sheets Key Skills Requirements Robust technical knowledge of AV staging and fabrication Proven vendor management and negotiation skills Effective problem-solving and on-ground leadership abilities Good understanding of materials processes and market rates Ability to work under tight deadlines and live-event pressure Job Type Full-time Pay 300 000 00 - 800 000 00 per year Work Location In person
