We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to create accurate technical architecture drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects engineers or designers The ideal candidate will have strong CAD software proficiency technical drawing expertise and the ability to interpret design concepts into precise schematics and blueprints Key Responsibilities Develop detailed drawings and plans for buildings structures or mechanical systems using CAD software AutoCAD Revit SolidWorks etc Interpret and translate conceptual designs sketches and specifications into technical blueprints Collaborate with architects engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs Revise drawings based on feedback and markups Maintain documentation and version control of all drawings Ensure compliance with industry standards building codes and regulations Assist in preparing documentation for project approvals and permits Qualifications Diploma or degree in Drafting Engineering Architecture or a related field Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role Proficiency in CAD software e g AutoCAD Revit SolidWorks Strong understanding of construction processes materials and building codes Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience in industry-specific field e g civil mechanical plumbing fire fighting electrical drafting Knowledge of 3D modeling software e g SketchUp Rhino Fusion 360 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 17 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Advantages Paid sick time Work Location In person
