We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineering Trainees to join our team The selected candidates will undergo structured training and hands-on exposure to project execution site coordination quality standards and industry practices This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are eager to learn and develop technical as well as managerial capabilities Assist senior engineers and project teams in day-to-day technical activities Support site supervision installation testing and commissioning works Prepare and maintain technical documentation reports and drawings Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures Participate in quality checks audits and material inspections Coordinate with contractors suppliers and internal teams Learn project planning scheduling costing and documentation tools Required Qualifications B E B Tech in Electrical Mechanical EEE etc Strong interest in construction infrastructure MEP or industrial projects Basic knowledge of AutoCAD MS Office Engineering Drawings preferred Good communication and willingness to learn Soft Skills Positive attitude and willingness to work in field site environments Problem-solving ability and adaptability Robust teamwork and coordination skills Job Type Full-time Pay 8 086 00 - 36 541 43 per month Work Location In person
