Key Responsibilities1 Accounting Financial Operations Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including AP AR ledger entries reconciliations and general accounting Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements P L Balance Sheet Cash Flow Manage project-level accounting cost allocation and financial tracking 2 Taxation Compliance Handle GST TDS Income Tax and other statutory compliances Review monthly quarterly returns and ensure timely filing Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits Ensure compliance with RERA company law requirements and real estate financial norms 3 Budgeting Forecasting Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts for projects and the company Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions Track project cash flows and fund requirements 4 Financial Planning Analysis Provide financial insights to management for decision-making Conduct cost analysis project profitability evaluation and ROI assessments Prepare MIS reports dashboards and financial summaries for management 5 Banking Fund Management Liaise with banks for loans overdrafts project financing and documentation Manage cash flows fund allocation and working capital Monitor repayment schedules and financial covenants 6 Internal Controls Implement and monitor robust accounting systems and process controls Improve financial processes for accuracy efficiency and transparency 7 Team Management If applicable Guide junior accountants and ensure timely completion of tasks Review financial entries and documentation prepared by the team Qualifications CA Completed or CA Appeared Preferred M Com MBA Finance can be considered with strong experience 5-10 years of experience in Real Estate Accounting Finance preferred Strong knowledge of GST TDS Income Tax and financial reporting Proficiency in Tally ERP MS Excel and accounting software Key Skills Financial Reporting Analysis Taxation Compliance GST TDS Budgeting Forecasting Real Estate Accounting Cash Flow Fund Management Audit Coordination Solid Analytical Problem-Solving Skills Team Leadership Communication Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
