Job Summary We are looking for a Purchase Executive with strong market knowledge in the real estate and construction sector The candidate will be responsible for purchasing materials negotiating with vendors ensuring timely delivery and maintaining cost efficiency for project needs Key Responsibilities Source materials required for construction and real estate projects Maintain and update vendor lists Compare quotations prepare purchase orders and process approvals Manage Store Inventory and update timely Track orders and ensure timely delivery Check quality and quantity of received materials Maintain documentation of purchases bills GRNs and payments Analyze market trends and material availability Ensure compliance with company policies Required Skills Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in Purchase Real Estate Construction preferred Strong market knowledge of construction materials Positive negotiation communication and vendor management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Knowledge of purchase documentation and basic accounting Proficient in MS Excel and basic Tally systems Education Graduate B Com BBA Equivalent Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Purchasing 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
