Job Summary We are seeking an IT Executive to provide technical support and ensure smooth operation of desktop systems camera equipment networking devices and live-streaming setups The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with troubleshooting system maintenance and AV IT coordination Key Responsibilities Provide end-user support for desktop hardware software OS issues and peripheral devices Manage and troubleshoot camera setups teleprompters and live-streaming equipment Configure monitor and maintain L2 and L3 network switches Ensure reliable network performance and assist with basic network troubleshooting Set up and support AV systems for events webinars and live broadcasts Maintain documentation for IT assets configurations and support activities Collaborate with internal teams to resolve IT issues efficiently Requirements Proven experience in desktop support and IT operations Hands-on knowledge of L2 L3 switches and basic networking concepts Experience with camera systems teleprompters and live-streaming tools Solid troubleshooting communication and time-management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
