Key Responsibilities Lead the development of backend systems using Laravel ensuring scalability security and performance Architect and maintain clean modular and reusable codebases with strong documentation Design and build robust RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with Next js React js frontends Mentor and train junior developers through code reviews pair programming and technical guidance Implement caching queues background jobs and performance optimizations Work closely with product and UI teams to deliver end-to-end features Integrate third-party services payment gateways SMS WhatsApp APIs etc Participate in DevOps deployment and performance monitoring preferably AWS Contribute to best practices process improvements and architecture decisions Required Skills 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Laravel PHP frameworks Robust understanding of MySQL Eloquent ORM and API development Expertise in REST API design authentication JWT OAuth and middleware concepts Familiarity with AWS cloud environments version control Git and CI CD pipelines Experience mentoring or technically leading a small team of developers Strong debugging problem-solving and system design skills Good-to-Have Exposure to Next js React js or frontend frameworks Experience with Redis Queues or Job Scheduling Laravel Horizon Knowledge of microservices Docker or Kubernetes Familiarity with AI ML API integration or SaaS-based multi-tenant systems Interest in clean architecture and test-driven development TDD Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 600 000 00 per year Work Location In person
