Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Faculty member to teach Fire and Industrial Safety courses The ideal candidate should possess robust subject expertise practical industry exposure and the ability to deliver high-quality training to students pursuing careers in safety management Key Responsibilities Deliver classroom and practical training sessions in Fire Safety Industrial Safety Occupational Health Safety and related subjects Prepare lesson plans training materials presentations and relevant course content Conduct practical demonstrations mock drills evacuation training and safety equipment handling sessions Assess students performance through assignments tests practical evaluations and project work Ensure safety standards are followed during practical training activities Guide students in understanding industry requirements safety protocols and career opportunities Maintain records of attendance assessments and academic progress Coordinate with the academic team to update and improve course curriculum Participate in workshops seminars and institute events as required Required Qualifications Diploma Degree in Fire Safety Engineering Industrial Safety Occupational Health Safety or related field Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH IOSH OSHA or equivalent preferred Minimum 1-3 years of teaching or industry experience in fire and industrial safety Skills Competencies Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of fire safety industrial hazards risk assessment and emergency response Good communication and presentation skills Ability to conduct practical sessions and safety drills Strong organizational and classroom management skills Ability to engage and motivate students Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Language English Preferred Work Location In person
