Job Title Onboarding Executive Manufacturing Domain Location Rajkot On-site client visits Type Full time About the Role We are looking for an Onboarding Executive with hands-on manufacturing and shop-floor experience The ideal candidate should understand CNC turning forging machines and be able to communicate confidently with clients while onboarding them to our software Key Responsibilities Conduct product demos and onboarding sessions at client locations Assist clients in entering data into our software and ensure smooth adoption Provide training to machine operators supervisors and managers Understand manufacturing workflows to guide clients accurately Maintain onboarding reports and collect client feedback Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any client issues Required Skills 1-3 years shop-floor or manufacturing experience Knowledge of CNC CMC turning or forging machinery preferred Strong communication customer-handling skills Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new software Willingness to travel locally Who Can Apply Diploma BE Mechanical Shop-floor supervisors or quality production engineers Candidates with machine tool industry exposure Job Type Full-time Pay 10 030 64 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
