Job Title Store Keeper Location Delicia Restaurant Malappuram Job Type Full time Experience Required Minimum 1-2 years in store inventory management preferably in restaurants or food industry About Us Delicia is a growing restaurant in Malappuram known for quality food and excellent service We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper to manage our inventory efficiently and support smooth daily operations Key Responsibilities Receive verify and store all incoming food items supplies and materials Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock registers software Issue ingredients and supplies to kitchen and service areas as per requirement Monitor stock levels and report shortages on time Ensure proper storage conditions labeling and rotation FIFO method Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and handle any discrepancies Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area Conduct regular stock audits and assist in monthly inventory Prevent wastage spoilage and maintain quality by following food safety standards Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Store Keeper or Inventory Assistant restaurant experience preferred Strong knowledge of food stock handling storage and inventory control Ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures Good communication and coordination skills Basic computer knowledge Excel inventory software is an advantage Physically fit and able to handle lifting loading tasks when required Responsible organized and dependable Salary Competitive salary based on experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Language Malayalam Required Work Location In person
