Key Responsibilities Lead manage and mentor the admissions team counsellors tele-callers field executives Oversee the complete admission lifecycle from enquiry generation to final enrolment Develop and execute admission strategies to meet annual institutional targets Guide students and parents regarding courses eligibility fees scholarships and career pathways Analyse data track lead flow enhance conversion rates and ensure timely follow-ups Coordinate with Marketing Academics Accounts and Management for smooth operations Ensure compliance with university norms regulatory bodies and institutional policies Conduct training sessions for counsellors and support staff to enhance performance Prepare detailed MIS reports forecasts dashboards and performance insights Handle escalations grievances and special cases professionally Drive outreach activities such as seminars school visits and education fairs Manage admission-related marketing initiatives including lead generation campaigns outreach events digital promotions and collaborating with the marketing team to maintain consistent enquiry flow Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree required MBA in Marketing or Education Management preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in college university admissions with robust leadership experience Excellent team-handling communication and counselling skills Strong proficiency in MS Excel CRM ERP systems and reporting tools Deep understanding of UG PG admission processes eligibility norms and regulatory guidelines Ability to work under pressure especially during peak admission periods Strong strategic thinking analytical ability and execution skills Excellent interpersonal coordination and stakeholder management skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 11 201 29 - 35 115 53 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
