Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed plumbing shop drawings water supply drainage stormwater medical gases if applicable Update drawings based on site conditions engineer comments and consultant feedback Produce as-built drawings upon project completion Coordinate with plumbing engineers and site supervisors for technical inputs Ensure alignment with architectural and structural drawings Attend coordination meetings with other MEP disciplines to resolve drawing conflicts Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications IS codes NFPA standards local authority norms and hospital-specific requirements Follow company CAD standards and file management procedures Check dimensions levels and details for accuracy before submission Revise drawings promptly when instructed Work efficiently using AutoCAD Revit if applicable and other drafting tools Qualifications Skills Diploma ITI certification in Draftsmanship or Mechanical Engineering 2-4 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman Strong knowledge of plumbing systems domestic water supply drainage venting pumps sump pits etc Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit MEP knowledge is an added advantage Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Strong coordination skills and attention to detail Key Attributes Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple revisions Positive communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work at the project site Problem-solving mindset with accuracy and precision Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Bhubaneswar Orissa Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience project execution 3 years Required Work Location In person
