The Dialysis Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining dialysis equipment preparing patients for treatment monitoring them during procedures and ensuring safe and effective delivery of hemodialysis services The technician works closely with nephrologists nurses and other clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care Prepare and assess patients before dialysis treatment Check and record patient vital signs BP pulse temperature weight Explain the procedure to patients and address concerns Monitor patients throughout the session and respond to complications promptly Dialysis Machine Operation Set up prime and operate dialysis machines according to protocols Cannulate AV fistula or graft and manage catheter connections as per guidelines Monitor machine parameters and make necessary adjustments Ensure safe disconnection of patients post-treatment Infection Control Safety Follow all infection control protocols and hygiene practices Clean disinfect and sterilize equipment and treatment areas Handle bio-medical waste as per hospital guidelines Report any equipment malfunction immediately Documentation Maintain accurate patient treatment records Log machine usage dialyzer reprocessing and consumable details Update patient data in the system as required Team Coordination Assist nurses and doctors during patient care Coordinate with the biomedical team for equipment maintenance Support smooth workflow in the dialysis unit Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Perks Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
