Position Summary To oversee and coordinate daily production activities ensuring that manufacturing processes run efficiently safely and meet quality and output targets Plan schedule and monitor daily production activities to meet targets Ensure optimal utilization of manpower materials and machinery Maintain production records and prepare daily weekly and monthly reports Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency Coordinate with maintenance for timely servicing of machinery and equipment Ensure adherence to health safety and environmental regulations Support implementation of lean manufacturing 5S and continuous improvement initiatives Train and supervise production operators and shop floor staff Collaborate with other departments quality maintenance supply chain for smooth workflow Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role Strong knowledge of production planning and control processes Proficient in MS Office and SAP systems Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills Knowledge of lean manufacturing and safety practices preferred Bachelor s degree or diploma in Mechanical Electrical or related field Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Years of experience in food manufacturing industry How familiar are you with GMP GHP and basic food safety requirements Have you handled workers or operators on the shop floor Have you worked on SAP or any production management software Work Location In person
