Job Title HR Manager Company Studio 52 Group Location Indore India Salary 48 000 - 50 000 per month depending on experience Employment Type Full-time About Studio 52 Group Studio 52 Group is a long-established media and technology company with operations across multiple countries delivering creative media services Role Overview We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to handle end-to-end HR management for the Group This is a long-term opportunity for someone who can take ownership work independently and act as a strategic partner to management You will be responsible for recruitment HR generalist activities onboarding and offboarding performance management employee communication payroll coordination and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations Key Responsibilities 1 Talent Acquisition Recruitment Manage the full recruitment cycle Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and manpower planning Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key positions 2 HR Generalist Operations Oversee daily HR operations and act as the first point of contact for employee queries Maintain and update HR records employee files and HRIS data accurately Ensure HR policies are implemented and followed consistently 3 Onboarding Offboarding Design and execute structured onboarding programs for new joiners Ensure timely completion of documentation induction and introductions Manage exit formalities clearance exit interviews and feedback tracking 4 Performance Management Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and ensure timelines are met Support management in setting KRAs KPIs and tracking performance Analyse performance data and share insights to support decisions and improvements 5 Employee Communication Engagement Drive clear transparent and professional communication with employees Support management in implementing engagement activities and recognition programs Help maintain a positive collaborative and performance-driven work culture 6 Payroll Compliance Coordinate with accounts finance for accurate and timely payroll processing Verify attendance leaves and variable components for payroll inputs Ensure compliance with local labour laws company policies and statutory requirements Key Requirements Experience Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on HR experience with at least 2-3 years in an HR Manager Senior HR Executive role Education Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or related field MBA in HR preferred Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of HR generalist functions recruitment onboarding performance HR policies payroll coordination employee relations Excellent spoken and written English - must be able to draft clear professional communication and reports Strong interpersonal skills maturity and ability to handle sensitive situations confidentially Proactive organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams Personal Attributes Seasoned stable professional looking for a long-term role Ownership mindset - gets things done and follows through High integrity discretion and professionalism What We Offer Opportunity to work with a well-established growing international group Long-term career growth for a committed and reliable skilled Supportive leadership and a role with real impact on people and culture Job Type Permanent Pay 48 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off
