About us Job Purpose o Learn Apply solution design skills with simple to moderate complex level engagements pertaining to transportation problems o Analyze voice of customer and leverage respective skills coupled with application of best-in-class optimizer tools o Explore learn and demonstrate diverse skills in connection with solution design problems to ensure project engagement requests are met with superior customer experiences o Differentiator o Apply broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education or experience o Work is closely supervised o Problems faced are typically simple and medium complexity Responsibilities Key Tasks o Work closely with Project Manager to gather transform analyze summarize and generate data driven insightful reports on customer data o Manage support projects related to supply chain business analysis for global customers o Design and evaluate supply chain scenarios specific to customer requirement o Lead moderate to complex level of global project engagements by leveraging functional skills in transportation alongside technical application of suitable optimization tools o Data analysis pertaining to large data set of customers shipment profile freight analysis consolidation opportunities etc by leveraging analytics and visualization tools Advance Excel Power BI etc o Lead and deliver projects pertaining to center of gravity analysis Network Design studies Transport route optimization related business problems o Ensure proper project documentation during the project journey and closure with proper record keeping with stakeholders o Assist Senior consultants in analysing complex supply chain problems coupled with design support global customers current existing o Support Management team in delivering global deliverables design development of in-house tools evaluate and test 3rd party transport tools for solving business problems Requirements Divisional Experience o Transport Data Analysis and representation o Effective visualization development during project engagements Functional Experience must have o Knowledge of transportation solution design framework o Experience on working on Network Design and Transport Routing problems via tool driven mechanism Llamasoft SCGx Log hub AIIMS etc o Experience on projects related to supply chain design or inventory optimization o Advance level knowledge of MS Excel is a must o Hands on experience BI Tools Power BI Competencies o Maintains effective relationships with stakeholders o Focuses on customer needs and gains their commitment
