Role Technical Manager - IT Services Total Experience 6 - 7 Years Work Location Vasai Mumbai Joining 15-30 days Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager with a strong foundation in the MERN stack MongoDB Express js React js Node js Flutter and Python The ideal candidate should have hands-on coding expertise proven experience managing large-scale projects using Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills This role requires leading teams to deliver custom web and mobile app projects with a focus on quality scalability and client satisfaction Basic knowledge of servers and DevOps practices is desirable but not the primary focus Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver medium-to-large projects in web and mobile domains using Agile practices Scrum Kanban Ensure project scope timelines and quality benchmarks are consistently met Run sprint ceremonies planning stand-ups reviews retrospectives and track delivery KPIs such as velocity burn-down and defect ratios Manage and mentor cross-functional teams MERN developers Flutter engineers Python developers QA assign tasks and ensure collaborative success Guide design and architecture for scalable solutions in MERN Flutter and Python projects Review code and enforce best practices in coding standards security and performance Apply basic DevOps server knowledge for deployments and liaise with infra teams when required Serve as the primary technical and delivery contact for clients conduct requirement analysis progress reporting and stakeholder communication Define and enforce delivery standards improve processes to ensure high-quality project execution Stay updated with the latest in MERN Flutter Python and Agile practices to introduce improvements and efficiency in projects Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science IT or related field 6-7 years in software development with at least 3-4 years in technical leadership roles Hands-on coding experience in MERN stack Flutter and Python Proven track record of managing and delivering large Agile projects in IT services or product development Basic knowledge of servers deployments and DevOps tools CI CD cloud hosting Excellent written and spoken English Strong leadership stakeholder management and client-facing skills Ability to manage delivery under pressure while maintaining quality Nice to Have Agile Scrum certifications CSM PMI-ACP Protected Familiarity with BFSI Retail or Healthcare projects Exposure to cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP
