Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior NET Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience in Classic NET Framework and VB NET The candidate will play a key role in designing developing and maintaining enterprise-grade applications built on Microsoft technologies The ideal professional should have a solid background in legacy NET systems performance optimization and modernization initiatives with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities Design develop and maintain complex applications using VB NET and the NET Framework 3 5 4 x Enhance debug and refactor existing systems to improve performance scalability and maintainability Participate in modernization and migration projects including transitioning applications from Classic NET Framework to NET Core NET 6 where applicable Collaborate closely with business analysts QA teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Conduct code reviews ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high code quality standards Perform unit testing integration testing and support deployment activities Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation including design documents and support guides Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development using VB NET and NET Framework Strong expertise in ASP NET Web Forms MVC ADO NET and Windows Forms development Hands-on experience with SQL Server including queries stored procedures functions and performance tuning Positive understanding of HTML CSS JavaScript and AJAX for front-end integration Proficiency in IIS configuration hosting and application deployment Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming OOP and software design patterns e g MVC layered architecture Ability to manage and modernize legacy NET applications while adopting newer Microsoft technologies Strong analytical debugging and troubleshooting abilities Good to Have Optional Experience with NET Core NET 5 and C Familiarity with REST SOAP APIs and web services Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms Knowledge of version control systems Git TFS or Azure DevOps Prior involvement in application migration projects or system reengineering Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sense of ownership accountability and attention to detail Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision Adaptable to changing technologies and business needs Team-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and timely delivery Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 1 500 000 00 per month Work Location In person
