Job Title Web Project Manager Location Panchkula Sector 12 Job Type Full-time Job Summary Require an experienced and highly innovative Project Manager to oversee the planning development and implementation of our Industrial ERP system built on PHP CodeIgniter and database in PostgreSQL The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a dedicated development team ensuring the project maintenance and new module development is completed on time and meets the business requirements The Project Manager will also perform general project management duties such as stakeholder communication and resource planning Key Responsibilities Team Management Lead guide and motivate the project team working on the Industrial ERP system Assign tasks and monitor the progress of the development team developers testers etc Conduct regular team meetings ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines Provide technical support and mentoring to the development team Project Planning and Coordination Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and milestones for the ERP system development Track project deliverables resources and deadlines Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper project execution Manage project scope and adjust plans as necessary to address changes or delays Stakeholder Communication Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders internal and external and the project team Communicate project status risks and progress reports to stakeholders Understand and translate business requirements into technical tasks for the development team Address stakeholder concerns and provide timely resolutions Quality Assurance and Testing Ensure the Accounting ERP system adheres to high-quality standards Coordinate testing efforts to identify bugs and ensure smooth functionality Ensure qualification of code and module functionality as per QA standards to ensure the ERP is robust and scalable before the code is live Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate project documentation e g project plans progress reports issue logs Prepare and present regular reports for senior management and other stakeholders Skills and Qualifications Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT setting preferably in accounting and inventory ERP development or implementation Proven experience managing projects involving PHP CodeIgniter PostgreSQL or similar web technologies Technical Knowledge Familiarity with PHP frameworks specifically CodeIgniter Strong understanding of PostgreSQL database management and SQL Knowledge of industrial or manufacturing ERP systems is a must Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies Project Management Skills Strong skills in planning scheduling budgeting and resource allocation Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with diverse stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 85 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
