- Junior Accountant Experience 0 to 3 years A Junior Accountant supports the finance and accounts team by handling day-to-day accounting tasks ensuring accuracy in financial records and assisting in preparing reports This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in accounting and finance Key Responsibilities Roles Accounting Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software ERP Tally QuickBooks SAP Maintain general ledgers accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank statements vendor statements and intercompany balances Ensure proper filing and documentation of invoices bills and vouchers Financial Reporting Assist in the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Support in generating MIS Management Information System reports for management Prepare journal entries and adjustments under supervision Taxation Compliance Help in the preparation of GST TDS and other statutory returns Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits Payroll Expenses Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements Verify expense claims petty cash and vendor payments Support Coordination Collaborate with the senior accountant finance manager on various accounting projects Communicate with vendors clients and banks regarding account-related queries Provide administrative support to the finance department when required Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in accounting Finance or Commerce B Com M Com or equivalent Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial regulations Familiarity with accounting software Tally SAP QuickBooks Excel Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Good communication and organizational skills Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
