As an Admission Counselor you will play a pivotal role in helping students make informed decisions regarding their educational goals and facilitate a smooth admission process You will be responsible for building relationships with prospective students providing them with accurate information and guiding them through the application process Key Responsibilities Student Guidance Provide information and guidance to prospective students about available courses programs and admission requirements Admission Process Assist students in completing admission applications ensuring all required documents and information are submitted accurately and in a timely manner Counseling Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their educational and career aspirations and recommend suitable programs Communication Maintain regular communication with students via email phone and in-person meetings to address queries and keep them updated on the admission status Events and Outreach Represent the institution at college fairs seminars and other events to promote our programs and attract potential students Documentation Maintain organized and up-to-date records of student applications documents and communications Compliance Ensure compliance with all institutional policies accreditation standards and relevant laws and regulations related to admissions Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
