Location Noida India US Shift 7 30 PM to 4 30 AM IST Key Responsibilities Design develop and deliver training programs onboarding refresher for new hires and lateral joiners in US staffing processes recruitment sourcing candidate screening client communication etc Create training material presentations manuals case studies role plays mock calls etc tailored to US staffing environment Conduct training batches including classroom in person virtual and on the job training OJT Monitor trainee performance during training assess readiness provide feedback remedial support where needed Maintain training trackers dashboards reports weekly monthly to show progress gaps and improvements Coordinate with operations quality assurance HR and other stakeholders to update processes standards and to ensure adherence Stay updated on US market hiring norms compliance rules client requirements best practices and incorporate changes into training Evaluate the effectiveness of training via assessments feedback quality audits and make continuous improvements Qualifications Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate setting as a Trainer Process Trainer preferably in staffing recruitment BPO or related services Strong understanding of US staffing recruitment processes or willingness to learn fast Excellent communication and presentation skills in English Experience training freshers and lateral hires Good content creation skills ability to prepare engaging training material Strong interpersonal skills coaching mindset patient detail oriented Comfortable working night shift US shift timings Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple training batches Familiarity with training tools LMS video conferencing tools Microsoft Office Google Workspace What We Offer Shift allowance incentive for night shift work if applicable Both side cab facility Opportunity to grow with a fast paced growing US staffing freelancing platform Exposure to US customer client expectations compliance and working norms Collaborative culture prospect to shape training processes and standards Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Work Location In person
