Job Type Full-time Location Indore 100 Onsite Shift Night Shift Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated IT Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT roles The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring top talent while collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the best candidates Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers and HR to identify staffing needs and role requirements Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms LinkedIn job portals internal systems Source and attract candidates through networking job boards social media referrals and direct outreach Screen candidates by reviewing resumes conducting phone video interviews and assessing technical skills and cultural fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams Manage the candidate pipeline and provide timely feedback to applicants Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in IT recruitment Track recruitment metrics time-to-fill cost-per-hire quality-of-hire etc Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources IT Business Administration or related field Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter in an agency or corporate setting Strong knowledge of IT roles technologies and terminologies e g software development cloud cybersecurity data networking Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques Boolean search LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub Stack Overflow etc Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines Familiarity with ATS Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for niche IT skills AI ML DevOps Cloud Data Science Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting Certifications in HR Recruitment optional e g AIRS LinkedIn Certified Recruiter Job Type Full time Pay 9 401 78 - 55 429 04 per month Application Question s Are you comfortable working 100 onsite at Indore location as we are only looking for local candidates Are you comfortable working in night shift only apply if you are comfortable with night shift Work Location In person
