Job description Assist in day to day accounting and book keeping Performing bank and other ledger reconciliation Maintain cash transaction petty cash book Day to day cash bank transaction Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers Handle inbound customer inquiries related to products orders payments and deliveries Explain product details offers and promotions to customers Assist customers in placing orders online or over the phone Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain a daily call log and update the CRM with call outcomes Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams like logistics warehouse and support when required Job Type Full time Pay 12 000 00 - 29 599 12 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
