NJob Summary:
NThe ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending appropriate products or solutions, and driving sales through strong product knowledge and relationship management.
NKey Responsibilities:
NDevelop a deep understanding of the company's technical products and solutions
NIdentify customer needs and provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
NConduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for clients
NWork closely with engineering team to ensure solutions meet customer needs
NFollow up on sales inquiries and close sales deals effectively
NAttend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to generate leads
NProvide after-sales support and handle technical queries from clients
NMaintain strong relationship with existing and current customers
NCommunication with foreign principals.
NQualifications:
NDiploma or Degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
NSkills Required:
NCandidate should be fluent in English.
NExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
NPreferred experience in grinding wheels / industrial equipment, machinery, or similar fields.
NAbility to work independently as well as in a team environment.
