Job Title Senior Accountant Location Mohali 82 Experience Required 10 Years Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 10 years of expertise in accounting finance and compliance The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting standards taxation auditing and financial reporting This role requires excellent analytical skills leadership abilities and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable receivable general ledger and reconciliations Prepare and analyze financial statements MIS reports and monthly annual closing of books Ensure compliance with statutory requirements GST TDS Income Tax PF ESI etc Manage internal and external audits ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations Develop and implement accounting policies systems and controls Budget preparation variance analysis and cost control measures Coordinate with banks financial institutions and statutory bodies Lead and mentor junior accountants and accounting staff Provide financial insights to support management in decision-making Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Accounting Finance or Commerce 10 years of accounting experience preferably in corporate industry environment Strong knowledge of Tally ERP SAP Busy or other ERP software In-depth understanding of Indian Accounting Standards Direct Indirect Taxes Excellent leadership communication and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills CA Inter CMA Inter qualification preferred not mandatory Experience in handling multiple entities branches Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
