We are looking for a motivated fresher or entry-level IT and Network Executive to join our IT team You will be responsible for supporting basic IT and network operations assisting in firewall configuration managing network devices and helping maintain connectivity across our locations This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your career in the IT infrastructure domain Key Responsibility Network Support Assist in monitoring and maintaining internal networks LAN WAN Wi-Fi across locations Raheja Andheri Chandivali Support in identifying basic connectivity issues and escalating them when needed Help ensure smooth day-to-day connectivity across departments Firewall Assistance Support the senior team in managing Sophos firewall settings and basic rule configurations Learn how to monitor and apply basic security practices under guidance MPLS and Connectivity Monitoring Observe and report performance issues with MPLS connectivity between offices Coordinate with service providers to raise tickets and follow up on resolutions Basic Security Alerts o Assist in setting up basic alerts for network issues o Learn and implement standard IT security protocols with support from senior team members o Support periodic checks for vulnerabilities with supervision Documentation o Help maintain simple documentation of IT setups cabling device details and login credentials under NDA o Keep records of configuration changes and network status updates IT Policies Learning o Support the IT team in following internal policies and learn how security policies are developed o Take initiative in understanding and applying network basics security hygiene and standard IT procedures Required Qualifications Skills o Bachelor s degree or diploma in Computer Science IT BCA MCA or a related field o Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as IP addressing subnetting routers switches and firewalls o Familiarity with any firewall preferably Sophos is a plus training will be provided o Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and work with senior IT professionals o Interest in building a career in network and security administration o Bonus Basic understanding of G Suite M365 VPNs or Tally y is an added advantage but not mandatory Career Growth Learning o Hands-on exposure to firewall management enterprise networking and cloud security tools o Opportunity to work under experienced IT professionals and learn real-world infrastructure management o Career development support through internal training certifications and performance-based growth Job Types Full time Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Work Location In person
