- Draughtsman Position Draughtsman Location Cochin Company Vedha Architects Group About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draughtsman to join our design studio The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural and interior drawings working closely with the design and execution team to ensure exact documentation and smooth project delivery Key Responsibilities Prepare 2D drawings detailed working drawings and presentation drawings for interior and civil projects Convert conceptual sketches and design inputs into technical drawings Coordinate with architects designers and site teams to ensure drawings reflect accurate dimensions and site conditions Update and revise drawings based on design changes and site requirements Maintain organized drawing sets and documentation for each project Assist in preparing BOQ Bill of Quantities drawings and measurement sheets Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines Requirements Diploma ITI in Civil Draftsmanship or related field Proficiency in AutoCAD knowledge of SketchUp Revit is an added advantage 1-3 years of experience in interior civil drafting freshers with strong skills can also apply Strong attention to detail accuracy and ability to work within deadlines Understanding of building materials joinery details and construction drawings Qualities We Value Team player with good communication skills Eagerness to learn and adapt in a growing studio environment Organized and disciplined approach to documentation Compensation Salary As per industry standards and candidate s experience Growth opportunities within a fast-growing design and execution firm Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Experience Drafting 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
