About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Club Operations Head to lead our 7 500 sq ft beachside restaurant and speakeasy bar in Morjim Goa The role requires someone who is well-versed in operations inventory management event planning and brand collaborations This is a hands-on leadership position where you will be the driving force behind the venue s smooth functioning and cultural impact Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant bar and club Oversee inventory control stock management vendor coordination Plan and execute regular events live performances and cultural nights Build collaborations with artists brands influencers and partners to elevate the venue experience Work closely with the culinary and bar team to ensure quality consistency and innovation Train and motivate staff to maintain high service standards Ensure compliance with licenses hygiene and safety norms Ideal Candidate 5-8 years experience in hospitality club lounge restaurant operations Strong skills in operations inventory management Hands-on experience in event management and collaborations Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills A people s person with a strong network in Goa s hospitality cultural scene Call on (phone hidden) Henny HR Job Type Full time Pay 27 116 76 - 90 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
