About the Role We re looking for a proactive and confident Inside Sales Executive to be the first point of contact between our company and potential customers Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospects and introduce the company s services Follow up on leads and convert them into qualified appointments or sales Keep accurate records of calls conversations and outcomes Handle queries and objections with professionalism and positivity Maintain a high call volume and meet daily weekly performance targets Support the sales and marketing team with lead nurturing activities Skills We re Looking For Excellent spoken English and confident tone Ability to engage customers and handle objections tactfully Previous experience in telecalling telesales lead generation 0-1 year Basic knowledge of the education industry is a plus Experience in cold calling domestic or international is preferred Job Types Full time Fresher Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
