Hot Forging Supervisor - Engine Valve Production Industry Automotive Engine Components Engine Valves Location Bahadurgarh Department Production Forging Shop Reporting To Production Manager Job Purpose To supervise and manage the hot forging operations for engine valve production ensuring smooth workflow adherence to quality standards optimum utilization of manpower and machines and compliance with safety procedures Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day hot forging operations in the engine valve production line Monitor forging press induction heating trimming and related equipment Ensure correct process parameters temperature cycle time die settings lubrication etc are followed Coordinate with tool room maintenance and quality for die setting breakdowns and inspection Maintain optimum production output efficiency and rejection control Guide and train operators helpers and forge press staff for effective operations Ensure safety norms are strictly followed in the forging shop Maintain production reports downtime logs and rejection analysis Implement Kaizen 5S and lean manufacturing practices in the forging department Support in new product trials and process improvements for engine valve forging Key Skills Competencies Strong technical knowledge of hot forging processes preferably in engine valves or automotive components Hands-on experience in forging press operation die setting and induction heating Knowledge of metallurgy forging defects and corrective actions Leadership and team-handling ability Problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of ISO IATF standards related to production and quality Safety and discipline enforcement Qualification Experience 12th graduation diploma Metallurgy Production Engineering 5-10 years of experience in hot forging shop preferably in engine valve manufacturing or precision automotive components call share ur cv on (phone hidden) Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund
