Job Role Production Manager - PCP Supply Chain Position Production Manager - PCP Department Supply Chain Operations Reports To Head of Operations Director Key Responsibilities Production Planning Control Develop daily weekly and monthly production plans in line with customer orders and delivery deadlines Allocate work to different departments units casting filing setting polishing plating QC etc based on capacity Ensure smooth workflow between departments to minimize bottlenecks Material Resource Planning Coordinate with procurement to ensure raw materials consumables and tools are available on time Plan manpower deployment and overtime as per production load Monitoring Reporting Track daily production progress against targets and highlight variances Prepare MIS reports for management on production efficiency delays and utilization Identify shortage lines and work on corrective actions Quality Compliance Ensure that every stage of production meets the company s quality standards Work closely with QC to reduce rejection and rework Coordination with Supply Chain Liaise with logistics warehouse and dispatch teams to align production with delivery schedules Ensure on-time order fulfillment for domestic and export clients Team Leadership Supervise supervisors foremen across different production stages Train and motivate workers to increase productivity Resolve day-to-day shop floor issues and maintain discipline Required Skills Qualifications Graduate Post Graduate in Supply Chain Operations Production Management 5-7 years experience in production planning and control preferably in jewelry gems or related manufacturing Solid analytical and organizational skills Proficiency in ERP MIS and production tracking tools Leadership skills to handle multi-department teams Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Work Location In person
