Key Responsibilities Manage overall store operations including receipt storage and issuance of raw materials consumables spare parts and finished goods Maintain accurate stock records in ERP software and ensure timely updating of inward outward materials Conduct regular stock audits cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies Coordinate with Purchase Production and Accounts teams for smooth material flow Ensure proper material handling storage and identification as per standards Monitor stock levels and raise requisitions for timely procurement Implement and maintain FIFO LIFO and other inventory management practices Ensure compliance with company policies safety norms and statutory requirements Lead and supervise store staff assigning tasks and ensuring productivity Generate MIS reports related to inventory consumption and stock valuation for management review Required Skills Qualifications Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Materials Management Logistics preferred Minimum 6-8 years of experience in store inventory management in a manufacturing company Strong knowledge of ERP software mandatory Positive understanding of material classification MS Office and documentation practices Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills Knowledge of safety procedures and handling of fire safety metal industry materials will be an advantage Key Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Team leadership and coordination Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 300 000 00 - 480 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
