Job Purpose The Project Coordinator will oversee and coordinate day-to-day project activities ensuring smooth execution of modular kitchens wardrobes interiors and other projects This role bridges communication between clients supervisors and management while monitoring progress timelines and quality Key Responsibilities Coordinate all project activities from planning to handover Act as a single point of contact for clients regarding project updates and requirements Prepare and maintain project schedules ensuring timelines are met Work closely with kitchen wardrobe and interior supervisors to ensure tasks are executed as per design and quality standards Monitor material availability and coordinate with the purchase logistics team for timely supply Supervise site activities including loading and unloading of products to ensure secure handling Track progress of installation work and report daily weekly status to management Ensure final quality checks are done by supervisors before delivery installation Identify risks delays or issues and escalate them to management for quick resolution Maintain proper documentation drawings approvals client communications Support in after-sales service coordination including warranty-related matters Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree diploma in Civil Interior Design Architecture or related field preferred Proven experience in project coordination within interiors modular kitchen industry Strong organizational and time management skills Good communication and client-handling abilities Proficiency in MS Office Project Management tools Ability to multitask and work under deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 10 774 81 - 31 180 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Work Location In person
