As a Senior Project Manager you will lead and oversee multiple large-scale PEB projects from inception to completion This role requires a high level of coordination across departments sharp client handling skills and the ability to deliver projects on time within budget and to the highest quality standards Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of project planning execution and delivery across multiple sites Lead cross-functional teams including design procurement fabrication logistics and erection Ensure alignment of project scope timelines and deliverables with client expectations Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies proactively Monitor and control project budgets schedules and resource allocations Serve as the escalation point for project-related issues and client concerns Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings with stakeholders Ensure strict adherence to safety quality and compliance standards Mentor and guide junior project managers and engineers Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Master s degree is a plus Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within the PEB or structural steel industry Demonstrated success in handling large and complex projects across multiple geographies Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in project management tools e g MS Project Primavera ERP systems Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
