Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Microsoft Azure cloud practice and drive strategic cloud initiatives across the organization The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure cloud architecture implementation and operations coupled with strong leadership skills to manage teams projects and stakeholder relationships This role is critical in shaping our cloud strategy ensuring scalable and secure cloud solutions and driving business transformation through technology Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Azure cloud engineering and architecture teams providing mentorship guidance and performance management Develop and execute the organization s cloud strategy focusing on Microsoft Azure services and solutions Oversee the design deployment and operation of scalable secure and highly available Azure cloud environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams DevOps security application development infrastructure to align cloud initiatives with business goals Drive cloud governance cost optimization security compliance and best practices across Azure workloads Manage large-scale cloud migration projects modernization efforts and hybrid cloud integrations Establish metrics reporting and KPIs to measure cloud adoption performance and ROI Stay abreast of Azure innovations and industry trends evaluating new services to improve existing architectures Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate cloud strategy risks and opportunities Manage vendor relationships and third-party Azure consultants or contractors as needed Required Qualifications 8 years of experience in cloud computing with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Azure Proven experience managing and leading teams of cloud architects engineers and developers Robust expertise in Azure infrastructure services VMs Networking Storage Identity Security Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS offerings such as Azure Functions Logic Apps App Services and Kubernetes AKS Deep understanding of cloud architecture best practices security frameworks Azure Security Center Azure Sentinel and governance Experience managing large-scale cloud migration or transformation projects Strong project management skills including Agile methodologies Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or similar
