Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and energetic Inside Sales Specialist to join our fast-growing sales team The candidate will be responsible for connecting with leads understanding their needs offering personalized solutions and converting them into customers The role involves consultative selling handling inbound and outbound leads and delivering exceptional customer experience key responsibilities Handle calls on leads generated for clear aligner Smile correction Smile straightening services on our digital platforms Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries through calls chats emails and WhatsApp Understand customer needs and recommend suitable makeO toothsi products services Follow-up with prospects and ensure timely closures Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly sales targets Maintain and update CRM system with customer details feedback and call outcomes Build strong product knowledge to confidently handle customer queries Educate customers about the benefits of aligners treatment process pricing and offers Handle objections effectively and convert prospects into successful sales Maintain high levels of professionalism empathy and customer- First attitude in all interactions Requirements 0-5 years of experience in Inside Sales Tele Sales HSC Qualification Graduation Freshers 3 Good communication skills both written and verbal Robust problem solving and analytical skills Self-driven comfortable with a fast-paced always-on highly ambiguous environment Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 24 000 00 per month Work Location In person
