Job Title MBBS Doctor - Home VisitLocation City Region Job Type Full-time Part time On-callReports to Medical Director Clinical HeadJob Summary We are seeking a compassionate and qualified MBBS Doctor to provide home visit medical care to patients as part of our home healthcare services The doctor will be responsible for assessing diagnosing treating and managing patients in their home environment ensuring high-quality care with a personalized approach Key Responsibilities Conduct medical home visits as per assigned schedule or on-call basis Perform comprehensive physical examinations and clinical assessments Prescribe medications and recommend investigations based on clinical judgment Manage chronic diseases palliative care post-operative recovery geriatric care and other general medical needs Coordinate care with nurses physiotherapists and other healthcare staff Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home care instructions Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMR if applicable Respond promptly to emergency situations and stabilize patients until higher care is arranged if needed Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards Qualifications MBBS degree from a recognized institution Valid medical license MCI State Medical Council registration Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience home care or hospital setting preferred BLS ACLS certification optional but preferred Skills Competencies Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations Empathy patience and a service-oriented attitude Familiarity with home care best practices and geriatric care Working Conditions Travel to patient homes across designated areas Flexible work hours depending on patient needs May include weekend or holiday visits as per schedule Benefits 70 of every visit Job Type Freelance Pay 22 220 25 - 98 772 05 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Life insurance Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Work Location In person
