Job Title Quality Head Company Mach Fox Hydraulic and Lubrication Pvt Ltd Location Pennya 4th Phase Bengaluru India Experience Required Minimum 15 Years in Quality Management Manufacturing Industry No of Openings 01 Software Requirement Proficient in SAP Quality Module Mach Fox Hydraulic and Lubrication Pvt Ltd a leading manufacturer in the field of hydraulic and lubrication systems is seeking an experienced and dynamic Quality Head to lead and oversee the company s Quality Management System The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in quality assurance and control solid knowledge of manufacturing standards and working proficiency in SAP Key Roles and Responsibilities Quality Strategy Systems Develop implement and maintain the company s Quality Management System QMS in alignment with ISO 9001 or other relevant industry standards Formulate quality policies procedures and inspection protocols to ensure products meet defined specifications Process Control Improvement Monitor analyze and report quality performance metrics across production and assembly lines Lead root cause analysis and corrective action preventive action CAPA processes to resolve quality-related issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or other quality tools Compliance Audits Ensure compliance with all statutory regulatory and customer-specific requirements Conduct internal audits and lead external audits with certification bodies and clients Prepare and manage documentation related to quality inspections audits and regulatory compliance Team Management Training Lead and mentor the QA QC team to enhance their technical capabilities Conduct training and awareness programs on quality standards and best practices Customer Interface Serve as the primary quality contact for key customers handling product feedback and quality-related concerns Coordinate with cross-functional teams Production Design Procurement to ensure customer satisfaction and quality expectations are met SAP - Quality Module Manage quality data entry inspections non-conformance reports NCRs and audit records through SAP Ensure integration of quality processes within the SAP ecosystem to enable traceability efficiency and real-time monitoring Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Production Engineering or relevant field Minimum 15 years of proven experience in quality assurance control in a manufacturing setup Strong hands-on experience with SAP Quality Module is mandatory In-depth knowledge of ISO standards quality tools FMEA 7QC Tools CAPA and process validation Excellent leadership analytical and communication skills How to Apply Interested candidates may send their updated resume to ta1 hr machfoxindia com with the subject line Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 70 346 69 per month
